Great Pictures and that burger looks like the sort of thing I crave so much when I am back in the UK. Disagree about the fries, though. Anyone who leaves skin on chips should be shunned like an Amish hooker.

I recently took part in a burger bun tasting and brioche came out as a winner for us. Too many places in London use ciabatta burger buns which I find horrible.

I saw that episode of burger paradise last week too. I thought the idea was interesting but it's sad to hear that it's not as good as TV made it to be.
