I wake up each morning and wonder what my next meal is going to be and where. I long for the irresistible pleasures of Foie Gras on Brioche at Le Gavroche and I ache for the intensely perfumed heat of summer in Provence.
I am, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, a travel and food whore. "I am a Passport Foodie". Traveling to eat and eating to travel. Taking my camera with me to document the moment in 1/60th of a second intravals. Some of my travel photos can be seen on my seldomly updated website Taylor Young Photography. The rest can be seen here, hopefully updated at a much quicker pace than my website. I'm notoriously slow when it comes to editing my photos. So please be patient.
Am I destined to be another lost voice in the overly crowded blogospher? Possibly. But it's important to me that I share the experiences I have in food and travel with those that either can't go and do what I can, or those that want to, but need more information. That is what I am going to attempt to do. I have made the decision, for good or bad to stand up and be recognized and have my voice heard. The one thing I haven't decided on, is where to begin. Wish me luck!
